You may close your at55 Account at any time by contacting customer support. Closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any cleared, withdrawable balance remaining in your Account at the time of closure will be returned to your nominated payment method following completion of KYC verification if not already on file.
at55 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account — and to withhold or forfeit any associated balance — where at55 determines, acting reasonably, that the Account has been used in breach of these Terms, including but not limited to: fraud, money laundering, underage access, operating duplicate accounts, or prohibited gameplay conduct.
